A Winning Career Psychology is the most important investment you can make in yourself and your career search!
Over the past eight years, I have helped thousands of people get back to work! Is your career search taking too long? Do you feel your resume is not working for you? Have you ever thought, you may never get back to work? Well maybe it’s not your resume that is holding you back; maybe it’s your career search psychology and strategies! A winning career psychology is one of the most important strategies you can have! When most people lose their jobs, they also lose a part of their identity, self-esteem, and their belief in themselves. They feel “worth less” about themselves (or believe they are worthless) and sometimes focus on what they did wrong. Many do not realize these feelings, emotions, and doubts are present in everything they do in their career search.
When I was downsized, my first reaction was “Great!” because I wanted to shift from a life of frequent travel to one of spending time with my son. The steps to establishing a new circumstance were not clear. I began to feel lost, uncertain what to do next, or even where to begin. I got advice from experts who gave conflicting direction. I didn’t know who to believe. I felt overwhelmed and spent many hours responding to online job postings with little or no results. Sound familiar?
Quickly, I realized what I was doing was not working. In a moment of clarity I saw that I needed a new Winning Career Strategy to get back to work quickly. My thirst to understand the psychology of career search, for myself and others, catapulted me onto a path of investing in myself by regularly attending seminars and trainings. I worked with Tony Robbins, Steve Linder, Brian Tracey, Brendon Burchard, and Keith Cunningham. Every area of my life began to change. I now have a career which enables me to spend time with my family, as well as do volunteer work 20-30 hrs a week.
I am passionate about helping you to break through to a higher quality of life that you deserve!
